Gilbert M. Jennings
Mr. Jennings is the Founder and President of JMI Property Services and provides overall strategic and investment direction and leadership to the firm. He has designed many commercial and industrial buildings and is recognized as an authority in the development of industrial projects, the most notable in Utah being The Salt Lake International Center (an 1,100 acre business park), the Triad Center in Salt Lake City, and the Fort Pierce Industrial Park in St. George.
Gilbert spent eight years as a Project Engineer for many projects including several industrial and commercial developments. He was vice president of J&J Building Supply Co. for 20 years, with responsibility for operations including the manufacturing of pre-cast concrete products and other building materials.
Mr. Jennings is a registered Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer, graduating from The University of Utah with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Jeffrey V. Bushnell
Mr. Bushnell is a Property and Asset Manager for JMI. He has many years of banking, management, financial and marketing experience that provide strong analytical and business expertise to the firm.
Jeff currently serves on the Board of a local credit union and is the treasurer for a local service club. He is a past president of the St. George Exchange Club and is a board or committee member for several associations, the Asst. District Advancement Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. Bushnell holds a B.S. degree in Information Systems from the Brigham Young University Marriott School and an MBA from Southern Utah University. Jeff is a licensed real estate sales agent.
Steven G. Jennings
Mr. Jennings is a Property and Asset Manager for JMI and has been working with JMI for over 10 years in various capacities.
Steve has a solid understanding of commercial property management as well as real estate development. He is actively involved in several community organizations such as the Southern Utah Angel Investors and Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. Jennings has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Dixie State College, and is currently pursuing an MBA from Southern Utah University. Steve is a licensed real estate sales agent.
Timothy LeBaron
Mr. LeBaron is the IT director and Assistant Property Manager. He brings seven years of experience in Information Technology and Networking and three years of residential and commercial construction.
Tim has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Dixie State College, and is pursuing an MBA from Southern Utah University. He is an Eagle Scout and proudly supports the Boy Scouts of America. He has also served on the Executive Council for Dixie State College, and years of management experience in non-profit, volunteer groups.
Steve Kemp
Mr. Kemp is the Principal Broker at JMI and has 14 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the transaction process of commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, and consulting assignments.
Steve became a Utah real estate licensee and joined Holiday Resort Realty in 1997 specializing in commercial land transactions. In 2001 Steve joined Colliers Commerce CRG, Southern Region and named Top Producer in 2002. In 2004 he founded Kemp Griffin Commercial Real Estate and was named the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006.
Mr. Kemp was named to Utah Business Magazine’s prestigious “Top 40 under 40” in 2007 and earned Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Gold and Bronze Circle of Distinction awards in 2006 and 2007, respectively.
